Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kansas City - Grandview, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and so was the entryway of the hotel. Room was clean and they offered to change bedding every day I said no.

The room was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the bathroom design with a door separating the shower and toilet from the vanity sink. This allowed easier use for multiple people getting ready.. we also liked that the in room coffee maker was a Keurig.

Pool was open, breakfast was great, rooms were clean.

Room was clean and we had plenty of hot water.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and functional. The breakfast was good and the staff kept up on cleaning while breakfast was going on.
