Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kansas City - Grandview, an IHG Hotel

Property was easy to get to, clean, room was comfortable.

Pool was open, breakfast was great, rooms were clean.

Room was clean and we had plenty of hot water.

The best were very comfortable and the control for the air conditioning work very well. It was also close to the event we were attending.

The management and staff are very helpful and understanding. I checked out Sunday 4/10/22 and drove home to Logan, KS. On arrival at my house I had realised that I had left my son's insulin in the fridge in our room. I rang the hotel and the staff retrieved the insulin from the room. I spoke to the management and the organised to have the insulin shipped via UPS next day delivery.
